Vias has developed a strong expertise in data storage, processing and analysis – which allows us to fuel all our solutions with insightful information and to help in building an efficient data environment infrastructure
We developed a secured platform solution in the cloud allowing the collection and treatment of static and dynamic data sets such as accident and traffic data, bicycle measurements, weather and public data sets, etc. We have also built an environment allowing the connection of CCTV cameras with image and sound processing via innovative AI solutions. This environment is used road safety, security and mobility projects.
We have an international reputation when it comes to launch and analyse the results of national and international population-wide, representative surveys to measure preferences, attitudes and stated behaviour. We conduct cost-benefit analysis of measures, accident analyses and benchmarking of your company data with national averages.

Thanks to Vias' excellent knowledge of mobility problems, we have been able to test a number of working hypotheses in order to better serve our customers. Vias methodological expertise allowed us to gain efficiency in collecting and interpreting the results. In 2020 we have conducted a survey among Belgian car drivers to help Q8 understand current mobility behaviour and to know their opinions and intentions for their future mobility.
